This new 3 Star Hotel is set in a

PortView Commercial Mall in Seeb, Sultanate of Oman. The Hotel covers a main
premise of a total of 16,450.00 SQM split between the following floors: ground
floor, mezzanine, first floor, second floor and penthouse.

suggested by the client and turned them into a beautiful 3 Star Hotel. The
uniqueness and simplicity of our design will leave guests with a memorable
stay.
In DAZ’s new modern hotel, visitors will see: quality, comfort, and
sophistication, Simplicity and a balance in the materials used. The Suite Room layout plan has also been
designed to achieve the highest comfort and practicality. The suites are
considerably larger than the connection rooms, most of which have room for a
separate sitting area. The rooms in this
hotel represent the ideal size and functional interior for the purposes of
hospitality and comfort.
The
design of the Connecting Room is simple, modern, sophisticated, natural, warm
and cozy. The contemporary artwork/wallpaper and carpet design present an
additional pattern to the room and complement the overall room style.
