The project sophisticated geometry
synthesizes structural and programmatic organizations resulting in a new
building a center of attraction, to reserve the area. The proposal of the
Sultanah project is based on four strips folded independently that interconnect
and create the central core of the mall.
It has two main goals: the first was
the creation of a new façade that reflects a lively, ever changing surface and
the second goal was the superposition of layers, and stratification of
different wings on a plan level and height of the different typographies of the
site.
