Hai Al Naseem is the first Surouh Project. “Surouh” is part of the Government’s vision to provide quality homes to the citizens of Oman at an affordable price. The project will be taking into consideration all related infrastructure and community service facilities such as mosque, commercial complexes, health centers, public parks, outdoor sports facilities etc. Hai Al Naseem is being developed in an area of 355,000 sq.m in Barka near the Wali Office. The project will house 1051 residential units designed in an ecosystem that balances nature and tradition with modern living standards.
