The building is
distinguished by a sustainable renewed character, taking into consideration the
standards of quality and environment preservation that creates a beautiful
scenery of the landscape on the site. Being located in a deserted surrounding,
our design focused on preserving the form of the levels of the plot as well as creating
a green pocket in it. The green roofs add natural insulation and can be used for
outdoor experiments and as recreation areas for the building occupants.
Looking from above, one can see that the design
is almost merged with the existing plot. By maximizing the footprint, we are
also maximized the green space by introducing green roofs and green terraces.
The new Madayn Headquarter will introduce a generous amount of green space to
KOM City.
