This project is inspired by the exchange
activities in Al Mukalla port and arabian souks in the region. It is envisioned
as a meeting point for different cultural and leisure circuits, with the goal
of using the central space that connects the mall and hotel as a commercial
souk. The project proposes a mixed-use development composed of a mall and a
luxurious hotel. The later includes many functions, from hospitality to
leisure, distributed in a way, overviewing the tropical landscape that enhances
the feeling of “the sweet escape”. Hence the hotel is oriented towards the
beach and has a “Y” shape which maximizes the room views.
