Our proposal for the project holds the vision of the future
of tourism and family members spending quality time together. The main emphasis of the
design was set upon the creation of versatile yet enjoyable spaces. The carefully
crafted volumes, just like water flowing through land and leaving sinuous forms, are a
reflection of the people’s movement in beautiful spaces. Visitors can enjoy the project’s attention to architectural
details, but are also invited to explore Muscat’s mountains and ocean shore through meticulously
placed architectural moments.
This concept of horizontal flow - sometimes of sand and
water, and come times with visitors and Omanis - is further emphasized within the vertical tower
twisting into a panoramic viewof the project and surrounding landscape.
The project aims to revitalize Muscat, continue a legacy of
honoring nature by respecting people’s needs to reach luxury and feel comfort.
