The iconic business hotel is
located in the heart of Muscat, at a very important location on Sultan Qaboos
Road facing the Wazarat Street. The plot is situated in a high-density
commercial neighborhood with commercial buildings of small and similar properties
along the entire street.
Our main guideline in the design
is inverting the outside view to the inside because of our neighbor’s heights
blocking the side views, hence creating a green terrace garden for the visitors
to enjoy and relax in. Our focus is to concentrate the views towards the
Wazarat district.
