The question is how
to put the hair phenomenon “up does” into architecture. Up in the 4th floor of
an old restored building, in the center of Beirut central district, far from
the benefits of the urban mechanism and the advertising facade, we create an
experimental space unrelated to traditional architecture. Inside an existing structure,
painted blue, the shape is composed of five overlapping strips called “hair Pieces”.
These new white five hair pieces that present both outside and inside: merge,
twist and turn to create multispaces. The interior result is an “UP Does”.
