The plot is located on a cliff overseeing the
river of the area. Our goal is to maximize the exposure of each villa towards
the breathtaking view of the river. For
this reason, we levelled the land into 4 different platforms in order to keep a
clear outlook and to allow each villa to have a private landscape and a common
landscape, elevated from the entrance ramp, with the rest of the complex. The
public space created between the volumes function as the interface between the
houses and the streets. The layout allows the house to occupy the maximum area
allowed for construction on the site, while maintaining the gradient of the
land.
