KC 2029 is a mixed use building
of five floors situated on a plot in Kornet Chehwan surrounded by two streets
from all sides which provides an axis on a higher level to the building from
the right side by using an elliptical volume, we wanted to avoid elevations
that would necessarily have been compared to the facades of the surrounding houses.
We decided to cover the façade with strips of black material on all levels as a
shading device and a statement of terraces all around.
