In order to give response to all
the conditions, our proposal tries to keep: the exact location of the terrace
overlooking the sea to the forest; the great transparency; the exact entrance
from the sea and the movement to distance between the areas. The volume draws a
pure circle in the form of the world, the sun, the moon, the ring and the
plants of nature.
