Our main idea was to create a volume that integrates with the surrounding yet soars with uniqueness and thus the volume ended up being a mixture between tradition and modernity. Mainly white to absorb less heat, a wooden element is added to create a rich and valuable volume.

The volume is exploded following this subdivision allowing the entities to be rearranged in a way that allows the greenery to penetrate the building as well as the sunlight which enhance the transparency. The terrain is lowered in the backside and a garden is created as a result, providing a distinctive privacy and allowing the residents to enjoy some open air activities.

Instead of the conventional rooms layout, we created a new proposal where the walls are wrapped in a way to creates passages leading to the inside of each space a, creating a more intimate experience enhanced by more shadows and more serenity.
