The overall design is
kept basic in form, allowing the architecture to shine through in its shape and
its facade details. Geometric forms and classical details such as stone
cladding, mousharrabiah details and high columns add to the classical overall
of the design. DAZ transformed a classical complex with no identity into a
villa that highlights its classical cachet and implements so much charm in it.
Our design is a mix between modernity and
traditional Arabic architecture.We used
the musharabieh in the design for sun shading for the facades. We also maximized
the outdoor living spaces and made it a relaxation and getaway space.
