The overall design is kept basic
in form, allowing the architecture to shine through in its shape and its façade
details. We transformed a simple rectangular shape into a deconstructed one
leaving spaces for terraces, more landscape and voids. Geometric forms and
contemporary details such as white finish, galvanized brackets, and framed
glass translate the simplistic overall of the design.
The elegance of the design lies
in its volumes and voids. Villa Seeb is partly volumes separated by voids and
terraces.The landscape gives the
residence another dimension, not only one of a living space, but also of a
gateway and relaxation space.
