The
site is located in Al Khoudh, a town in Muscat Governorate that is within
Wilayat of Seeb in Northeastern Oman. According to the 2010 Census, Al-Seeb has
a total population of 302,992 people. The town is linked to all roads as it is
situated between Muscat Express highway and Sultan Qaboos Street. Al Khoudh
houses one of the largest Universities in the Sultanate, which is The Sultan
Qaboos University, and it is also considered as one of the busiest areas due to
the large number of educational and commercial establishments.
