The Takhassossi Business Center
was designed to preserve the urban context of succession of construction
periods and emphasize the magnificent perspectives. A succession of volumes
which contain different uses are grouped and shaped together in a cohesive
configuration.
The cover consisting of facade glasses with
vertical open metal grids that filter the majority of the sunlight, however
lets the vertical light oblique come through. Two segregated worlds, of big
exchange and movement in the ground floor and the silence and calm of the offices
zone in a raised location
